I am getting 1300 back on my tax return
I want to go on a trip, im 21 and i cant decide where would be the most fun/bang for my buck

If Amsterdam and weed is your thing then by all means have fun with that. I personally don't do the stuff but you know. I would recomend Florida, it's great this time of year specially on the beaches. But lemme tell you 1300 isn't all that much when it comes down to it.
