But yeah.. Mainly if your in a premade,have 2 people from group one go to FR 2 go to BE one grab flag,have group 2/3 zerg middle then group 2 go to Mage Tower and group 3 go to Draenei Ruins. Keep one person on a node at all times call out whenever there is a incoming,and sit at their spawn.

Have group 1 go to GM and have one of them cap farm. Have group to cap LM and group 3 cap BS. If you got any fence jumpers have them each go to one node so you can all zerg right up to stables. That's basicly it then camp their spawns.

Usually you always have a druid run the flag. Here a BM hunter that can get away from the stuns,a warrior,or a druid can run it. Sometimes even a geared shaman. That's pretty much all you can do as well as keep a hunter and a few stealthers to watch FR.
